This two part series on antitrust conduct law and compliance programs, will cover both civil and criminal antitrust conduct law, providing guidance and materials for effective compliance programs. These trainings will be presented by some of the country’s leading antitrust experts from Wilson Sonsini, including the former head of criminal enforcement for the DOJ’s Antitrust Division.

All Encouraged to Attend. Given recent antitrust allegations raised in the beverage alcohol industry (e.g., reported DOJ probe into AB InBev “no-poach” deals), DISCUS encourages all spirits suppliers to attend this training for a refresher on antitrust law and compliance best practices.
