Building influence is all about
effective communication. As you build your influence, you also build more trust
and loyalty with those you interact with. At the end of the day, we all crave
loyalty. We want loyalty from our family members, loyalty from our customers,
loyalty from employees, and loyalty from the companies we dedicate ourselves
to. Influence and loyalty will strengthen relationships and increase
performance more than anything else.
