Intro to Sales Analytics

In this course, participants will learn the basics of sales analytics and how they can leverage their data to make more impactful decisions. The first part of the class will examine what data is available and how it can be attained. Next, participants will learn which key performance indicators (KPIs) are important for them to pay attention to so they can manage and grow their business. The course will wrap up by teaching participants when to pay attention to data to gain the greatest impact.
