Marketing and advertising alcoholic beverages requires navigating both alcoholic beverage law as well as regulations and guidance promulgated by the Federal Trade Commission. With the rise of social media, it is important to understand how all the various laws and guidance overlap. This course covers how to appropriately market your brands on social media and other venues.

1. Gain an understanding of how to legally and responsibly market your brands over social media
2. Develop an appreciation for all the various intersecting laws and restrictions that apply to the marketing and advertising of alcoholic beverages
