Intro to Policies & Procedures

Well developed policies and procedures are conduits for business excellence. They clarify expectations for employees, support businesses in regulatory compliance, and ensure that institutional knowledge isn't trapped solely in one person's head.  While they may sound tedious, they are gifts to businesses and staff.  This course provides an introduction to the policies and procedures necessary to operate a business. It includes resources to assist in ensuring policies and procedures are well-drafted and support to help make the process a little less tedious.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Understand how to develop and document organizational policies and procedures
2. Determine appropriate policies and procedures around decision-making as related to business procedures
3. Gain knowledge around the development of and adherence to business operation flow and tracking
